Noch einmal WWII?
In vier von fünf Teilen der "Call of Duty"-Serie geht es um den zweiten Weltkrieg. Die Frage ob nun erneut das bekannte Kriegsszenario in "CoD" behandelt wird steht im Raum. Noah Heller, Senior Producer bei Activision, nahm nun in einem Interview mit computerandvideogames.com Stellung.
"Ich kann nicht sagen, dass das Thema zweiter Weltkrieg nicht behandelt werden wird in weiteren Call of Duty spielen..." mit diesem Satz beginnt Noah heller sein Interview.
"Es gibt Teile des zweiten Weltkrieges, welche die Spieler noch nicht gesehn haben unter anderem: Der letzten Kampfe der Roten Armee und die Schlacht von Okinawa," erklärt Noah Heller.
Es scheint ihm allerdings wichtig zu sein diese Geschichten aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg den Leuten nahe zu bringen, da diese Perspektiven des WWII noch in keinem Call of Duty behandelt worden sind.

Lord Batman: And with that power, we've made a world where no eight-year-old boy will ever lose his parents because of some punk with a gun!
Batman: You win.
