Zerschießt es 360er?
Am Montag berichteten wir über ein neues Pflicht-Update für Microsofts Spielemaschine, welches einen Tonbug beheben sollte. Nun häufen sich die Meldungen, dass User explizit nach dem Update von dem unter XBOXlern gefürchteten "Red Ring Of Death" heimgesucht wurden.
Im offiziellen XBOX-Forum haben sich ca. 30 Gamer gemeldet und den "RROD" ihrer Konsole beklagt. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt lässt sich nicht verlässlich sagen, ob es tatsächlich an dem Update liegt, oder an altersschwacher, anfälliger Hardware.
Auf die Probleme angesprochen, antwortete Microsoft: "Wir bemühen uns immer darum, dass unsere Kunden das bestmögliche Erlebnis mit der XBOX 360 haben. Daher werden unsere Software-Updates detaillierten und umfassenden Tests unterzogen. Wenn ihr irgendwelche Probleme habt, schaut auf support.xbox.com, damit wir euch helfen können."
