Call of Duty: Black Ops - Fehlerliste veröffentlicht

Erst gestern ist der First-Person-Shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops offiziell erschienen und schon gibt es erste Klagen über einige Fehler im Spiel. Entwickler Treyarch hat die Spieler dazu aufgerufen, alle ihnen auffallenden Fehler zu melden, damit diese so schnell es geht beseitigt werden können und anscheinend haben es sich auch einige der vielen Käufer zu Herzen genommen, denn nun ist eine Liste von Treyarch im offiziellen Forum veröffentlicht worden, die folgende bekannte Fehler beinhaltet:

* Party-System funktioniert nicht korrekt und verhindert das Einladen von Freunden

* Kills werden in der Rangliste nicht richtig erfasst

* Framerate-Probleme

* Fehlerhafter Theater-Modus

* Probleme mit dem Respawn-Feature

* Häufige Abstürze oder Freezes

* Option Gruppe verlassen fehlerhaft

* Lokale Suche funktioniert nicht korrekt

* Headsets werden in der Lobby nicht angezeigt

* Unkontrollierte Verbindungsabbrüche nach Spielende (Online)

Wann der angekündigte Patch, der diese Fehler beseitigt, erscheint, ist noch nicht bekannt. Allzu lange dürfte es aber nicht dauern.

Why is there lag when I play online

Playing online involves having your console or PC send packets of data through multiple servers, hubs and backbones to reach its destination server. Your Internet Service Provider may sometime have equipment fail somewhere, and sections of the network go entirely offline. Other times connections have to be re-routed due to power failures or natural disasters, and as a result your connection time (and game performance) suffers.


Why can't I connect to online games?

A common cause of problem with connecting to an online game is a router that needs configuration. While most of the time this isn't necessary, each game is different and it may be required even if you've never done so in the past. The most common type of configuration is port forwarding. Each router has a different menu setup so we can't give you exact instructions on how to do this on this site. You should refer to your router manufacturer or a site like http://portforward.com/ for more assistance.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Patches Incoming
Treyarch rolling out fixes across X360, PS3, and PC

Call of Duty: Black Ops is currently being patched by Treyarch following complaints across the online community of ongoing issues and glitches.
Some of the game's teething problems have already been ironed out, with many of the multiplayer bugs such as broken game modes and unstable maps resolved in the last 24 hours. Improved matchmaking and additional online improvements are expected to be made shortly.

Black Ops broke first-day sales records on release this Tuesday with sales reaching $360m, but there have been complaints about the game's online experience has been plagued with performance issues, with the most common complaint being lag.

Treyarch has announced through its official online forums that it has live patched the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC versions and that there are more updates to come, focussing on improvements to online matchmaking and decreasing lag.
