Ja stimmt, er hat aus dem heiligen Gral getrunken, aber das heilige Wasser macht dich nur unsterblich wenn du innerhalb dieses "Kreises" bleibst.
Im Film gibt es eine Linie, die du nicht übertreten darfst, denn sonst bist du nicht mehr unsterblich.
Deswegen war der Ritter auch die ganzen Jahre in der Höhle und hat auf Indi gewartet.
